The number of patients that need intensive has not been such low since February 12, 2021. The recovery rate is still marching forward. All this was achieved with a scant 1.9 million total administered vaccines.
But there is one number worrying me lately. It is the one coming out of Eritrea. Our dear brothers and sisters there have been very effective in controlling the spread of the virus but the new cases count for the last two days is worrisome. There were 98 and 93 new cases in a row for the last two days. Hope that is not a sign of a new surge.
