That country is now entering the wet and cold season when citizens spend more time indoors. I expect an uptick in the coming weeks since those who got vaccinated are less than 2% of the entire population. The pandemic is raging in Kenya and Uganda and the numbers coming out of our dear neighbor Eritrea have been on the upside lately. This scourge is not done yet. Look at the daily numbers here in Good Ole USA. It is like a yo-yo. The 7-day averages still look great but the daily counts both in new cases and deaths are still bouncing. One day there are at the record low and the next day they go up again. I cannot predict a day when I will toss away the face mask. In any case, this rise in the new cases does not worry me much. I ain’t scared yet!!!
