So far in Ethiopia 1,550 dead , 100,000 infected out of the total population of 110,000,000 people.
110,000,000/100,000=1,100
1,100*1,550=1,705,000
So let’s say worst case scenario everybody in Ethiopia or all the 110,000,000 people end up getting infected at some point of time in their lives before any vaccine or cure comes out , meaning Ethiopia reaches it’s curve.
Then if so far 1,550 people died while only 100,000 were infected then if all the total population of the 110,000,000 people get infected while assuming the same rate of death among the infected we are looking at 1,705,000 people dieing to Covid-19 in Ethiopia alone before reaching the curve.
This above figure suggests in this time of Covid-19 fighting a war is simply a non sense.
