Toronto – Nib International Bank on Saturday launched NIBtera Online super app – a shopping solution. Developed in house, the app is intended to offer convenience for its clients.
Apart from banking services, Nibrera Online is said to facilitate online shopping and payments for its clients. In a press release, the bank said the new app has many security features to protect clients.
An event was organized on Saturday to launch it. The Executive Board of the Bank, clients, management staff and shareholders were in attendance.
In his speech during the event, Henok Kebede, the CEO, said the bank will continue its effort to ensure that clients are getting the technology they need and provide result oriented services.
The Bank has also introduced a new three years strategic plan, “The new three years strategic plan will be one during which, along with clients and share holders, excelling results will be registered,” Henok is cited as saying in a disclosure the bank shared on its social media page.
Nib International Bank was established in 1999. It currently has over 420 locations across Ethiopia and over 700 employees.
