Iran-Israel Conflict Latest Update

Toronto – As Israel is anticipated to escalate strikes in Iran, with the aim to topple the government in Iran as some analysts believe, the latter is threatening wars that it will launch a “more decisive and severe” response if that is the case.
Iran launched a missile strike targeting several cities in Israel including Tel-Aviv after Israel killed three top military generals and two nuclear scientists three days ago. Al Jazeera recently reported that Israel is asking the United States in the war against Iran.
Israel claimed that it has targeted military targets and energy facilities including in the capital Tehran. However, reports indicate that at least 80 civilians have been killed in Iran so far and over 800 others injured. An Iranian attack in Bat Yam, a suburb south of Tel Aviv, has reportedly killed at least 10 civilians and wounded 180 others.
The two countries continue to trade missiles. The last round of attack was on Sunday. There are concerns that the conflict could escalate beyond the two countries.
