TORONTO, Canada — Remarking on recent Shererina fighting between TPLF forces and the Ethiopian Defense Force, Gebru Asrat said war has been going on.
He recalled that the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) recently announced that it has completed all forms of preparation for war.
He said there are state and non-state level collaborations in the conflict. Regarding Tsimdo, Egypt, Sudan, Eritrea, TPLf and Fano forces are involved.
The other side in this conflict is composed of Ethiopia (Ethiopia’s Federal government), United Arab Emirates and the Rapid Support Forces in Sudan, according to Gebru.
He also sees changes in TPLF’s organizational stature. He says it “has transitioned to a terrorist force.”
