Toronto – In his latest interview with Anchor Media, Major Mamo Lemma says Fano’s Military power is growing. On the contrary, the defense force is weakening although the government trained dozens of rounds of new forces.
Major Mamo was a senior commander within the Ethiopian Defense Force during colonel Mengistu Hailemariam’s government. But his service in the army dates back to the times of Emperor Haileselassie’s imperial government.
