Toronto – The ruling Prosperity Party is now introducing a new restriction for patients who need medical travel out of Ethiopia.
The new ministry of health law requires patients to deposit between 500,000 to 1,000,000 Ethiopian birr with the government to “prove” that they have financial capability to undertake overseas travel for medical reasons.
