Toronto – 18 passengers are reported dead and 62 others wounded due tragic car accident in Wag Hemra zone, Amhara region of Ethiopia. It occurred near Degwash locality.
The public transport bus was traveling from Dahena to Sekota town.
Those wounded are getting medical attention at Amdework Primary Hospital, according to Waghimra Government Communication which cited Dahena district police.
Police called the accident “sudden” without specifying how the accident happened, and it is unclear if investigation is underway.
