Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Dashen Bank, Ethio Telecom, and Eta Solutions have introduced “Zurya,” a business automation system that combines cash register, point-of-sale, and ERP functions.
Dashen Bank revealed “Zurya,” a new business automation solution created in collaboration with ETA Solutions and Ethio Telecom, in a statement released yesterday.
Zurya is intended to greatly improve service delivery and boost customer satisfaction and transaction experience for companies and organizations in the manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and import/export industries.
The solution combines cash register, point of sale, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) services into a single, all-inclusive package. The statement claims that Zurya is a state-of-the-art, locally created business solution that will transform transactions in Ethiopia.
By facilitating quick, transparent, and safe digital business transactions and reducing the need for actual cash, it seeks to promote a “cashless society.” According to the statement, Zurya is “designed to seamlessly integrate with Ethiopia’s unique business environment and is set to significantly contribute to the nation’s digital economic growth.”
Additionally, it was said that The Zurya Business Solution is a groundbreaking project in Ethiopia and a historic partnership in which three institutions have contributed significantly. The statement claims that ETTA Solutions created this integrated business solution, ushering in a new era for our nation.
Another important partner is Ethiopian Telecom. It was revealed that Ethio Telecom will house this cutting-edge solution on their dependable TeleCloud infrastructure, which currently offers top-notch support to a number of institutions. Additionally, by incorporating telebirr, a payment system with more than 54 million users, into the solution, Ethio Telecom will take advantage of its wide reach.
Additionally, Ethio Telecom will be in charge of marketing and supplying the solution to companies in a range of industries.
