Toronto – A new video footage published by Ethiopian Media Service (EMS) purportedly shows captured government soldiers in Minjar, Shoa, which is within a range of 100 kilometers from the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa.
The soldiers are shown speaking in Amharic and Oromo language as they are standing in front of Fano forces who apparently captured them. “It is not like what we were told,” said one of the captured soldiers.
Ethiopian government reportedly orients its forces downplaying the fano forces as a “handful of bandits”
In the past one month alone, Fano forces claim to have captured more than five thousands government forces in different parts of the Amhara region of Ethiopia.
The “final” operation that the government declared over a month ago has evidently failed. Share your remarks in the comment section below.
