  1. Before South Korea it was Israel and then Iran followed. These were preceded by Japan, EU, Pakistan, Türkiye, Qatar, UAE, Oman topped by IMF and The World Bank. All these are not dumb prospectors. In fact, they are known to be penny pinchers when it comes to investment outside their borders especially in Africa. There is nothing in their decision that can be used by conspiracy theorists. They must have seen something juicy and mouthwatering. What is it? I leave that to the dear and very capable editors of this esteemed website to explain to us. What is your usual unbiased opinion?

But, all what I can do is a guessing it all. All these regimes and groups see the very capable H.E. Brother Ahmed Shide running the financial affairs of that country. They those peerless geniuses Brother Mamo E. Mihretu and Brother Mesfin Tasew running the NBE and EAL respectively like a well oiled machine. Then there is Daughter/Sister H.E. Frehiwot bint Tamiru who has been taking Ethio Telecom from one upswing growth to another never seen in the history of the corporation. I can talk about her accomplishments on and on until you misogynists drop unconscious to never to waking up. So, all these nations and groups are rushing to the old country after seeing these super geniuses running the finances and critical transportation outfit with no slip-up and even a hiccup. That is what jolted them and swarm the old country. That is my usual 2 cents worth of an opinion. But for now, I will wait for my very brothers and sisters at Borkena.
