TORONTO, Canada —The emerging Tsemdo military coalition composed of Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF), Fano, Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) and Eritrea. has been dividing Ethiopian politicians.
There are those who outrightly reject an irrelevant strategy on grounds that the coalition poses a long term political problem to Ethiopia. Politicians like Dawit Wolde Giorgis and Eskinder Nega are in this group.
There are also those who tend to see some benefit in the coalition in terms of toppling the Abiy Ahmed regime through armed struggle as he has consolidated power in parts of Ethiopia particularly in the capital Addis Ababa – a city he is plotting to make an exclusive Oromo privilege. These groups advise caution in handling the coalition.
And then there are those who strongly support the coalition, like Andargachew Tsege. In his latest interview with Anchor Media, he defended the coalition citing what thinks are rational grounds to it. He sees Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s government as an imminent danger to Ethiopia’s existence. Lidetu Ayalew, a prominent peaceful struggle advocate, is endorsing the view.

Can you really take Adargatchew seriously? In to how many groups he has worked and realized his mistake late? If he still believes his 60s idea that the Amhara suppressed others is his guiding principle he is right since both TPLF OLF and ELF anti Amhara
We have not heard from Obbo Eskinder Nega for a while. Some say he is not doing good and others put him in Asmara which I doubt he would himself down that low scavenging at the dump site in that joint. I hope that young man and a father is okay.
This is a desperate plea to those who are this man’s close relatives. You should have a serious sit down with him and tell him that ‘The Dictatorship of the Proletariat’ will never ever happen. Because it never happened. Also make sure you remind him that democratic political power(rule) will never come out of the barrel of the gun because it never ever did. Barrels of the gun are made to let out bullets to kill and maim. If he doubts that all he has to do is awaken and ask Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Mao, Giap, Pinochet, The DERG, ELF, EPLF, EPRP, MEISONE, TPLF/EPRDF, OLF, ONLF, others whose name is hard to spell and pronounce and the current armed groups wreaking havoc in Amhara and Oromia regions including the current regime that is using drones to found the dictatorship of who knows what!!!
