Such deadly and destructive inter ethnic clashes will get worse. The main culprit is the runaway population explosion. People are multiplying like worms in every region. Now it may be between ethnic groups but it won’t be too long before villagers go after next door villagers. The solution hinges on the liberation of the women there and their liberation will not materialize without an all out industrialization. With industrialization in full steam, women will flood factories and that will give the power of being part of the decision making authority at home. I’ve seen it happening myself in person in Taiwan. South Korea, Singapore and Chile are other best examples.
With an all out industrialization becoming a moving target for that nation due to senseless destructive conflicts, be prepared to read more and more of such sad stories in months and years to come.
