Toronto – It has been well over a year now since General Tefera Mamo, who served in the Ethiopian Defense Force and as commander of Amhara region, joined the Fano forces.
In his latest speech to the Fano forces, he claimed that the forces is growing to a point that it is now organized in Commands across the Amhara region.
