Toronto – The U.S. on Saturday carried out a military strike against Iran supporting Israel’s Military action. Based on the U.S. account the targets were three Nuclear sites in the country.
President Donald Trump announced on this “Truth Social” Page :
“We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE! Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
Trump is addressing his nation in about twenty or so minutes at the White House. He will be talking about the military operation the U.S. carried out against Iran.
“…This is an HISTORIC MOMENT FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ISRAEL, AND THE WORLD. IRAN MUST NOW AGREE TO END THIS WAR. THANK YOU!,” Trump wrote on his social media page.
Earlier today, there were reports that two U.S. bombers were flying towards the region. About two or so days ago, Trump was asked by journalists if the U.S. would join Israel in attacking Iran. “I may not reach a decision until the last minute,” was his response.
Israel and the U.S. have been alleging that Iran is working on a nuclear weapon. However, the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was saying that there was no evidence that Iran is building a nuclear weapon.
Russia was echoing the same view pointing out that Iran’s Program has been for a peaceful purpose. Also Russia was warning against military action.
Also, regional powers like Turkey have been warning against military action against Iran too.
The Iran-Israel conflict seems to be morphing into a major war.
