What is the purpose of making a big deal out of the 64 new cases? That number is from a country of more than 120 million people with still developing(backward) healthcare system. How about the no death count for the day? That was not emphasized enough here. Germany will kill for that! France, Italy and the rest of the most advanced nations will kill for that. With new variant/sub variant wreaking havoc in Europe, Asia, Oceania and the Americas, it shows she has it all under control. Leave her alone!!!!
Meanwhile look at the recent numbers coming out of Asia, South Korea in particular. That country has registered new cases more than 625,000 just in the last 24 hours. Hong Kong and Vietnam? Forget about it! It’s been carnage there. In all these countries including those in Europe the resurgence of this deadly pandemic is the result of collective shunning/shrugging. Mitigation observance fatigue has set in. This shows this scourge is not going anywhere soon. It will continue to infect and kill people for months and even years to come. So folks, don’t let your guard down yet.
