Two days after the assassination of Burayu Police Commissioner, Ethiopia’s state media ( Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation) reported on Sunday that twenty-nine people sustained “light injuries” following a grenade attack in Ambo town which is a little over 100 kilometers west of the capital Addis Ababa.

Six of the victims are residents in Ambo town while the remaining are from the countryside nearby Ambo town.

The hospital the victims have been admitted to discharged twenty-eight of them, but the condition of the remaining person is unknown.

According to Oromo regional state police commission, the grenade was thrown during a rally organized to show support to the Prosperity Party, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, and his administration.

Citizens report on social media indicates that attackers specifically targeted horsemen who are usually in the front line during the support rallies and other ceremonies.

Ararasa Merdasa, the region’s police commissioner, said six suspects are in custody.

“The perpetrators are committing similar crimes in a different part of the Oromo region to obstruct reform measures and push citizens towards despair,” The police commissioner is cited as saying.

Political groups with radicalized Oromo nationalist political convictions have been clashing with prosperity party supporters in different parts of the Oromo region of Ethiopia.

On Friday, Unknown armed men killed Burayu Police Commissioner and police chief of “Finefine special zone.”

According to government sources, the commissioner was having his lunch and got killed suddenly. So far, police have arrested about 17 suspects.

The government claimed armed groups in the region are the assassination, but their identities are undisclosed. However, some argue that Aba Tobe and followers of the Jawar Mohammed are behind the attack.

PM ABIY IS GOOD FOR NOTHING, SOURCE OF BAD NEWS , HE SHOULD RESIGN , HE IS NOT WORTH ALL THESE SACRIFICES.

PEOPLE ARE DIEING JUST BECAUSE HE LIKED TO FEEL LIKE A CELEBRITY . THIS SUNDAY NIGHT TOO MUCH GLORIFYING HIM WENT ON IN HIS CHURCH AT ADDIS ABABA ABOUT THE AMBO PEOPLE THAT SUPPORTED HIM AND GOT BOMBED FOR DOING SO.

THE CHURCH LEADER SAID IF ONLY ADDIS ABABA WAS PART OF OROMIA ALL THESE VIOLENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN AVERTED BY NOW , BY STOPING LIMITING PROTESTS FROM TAKING PLACE EFFECTIVELY AS PROTESTS AND MANY POLITICAL GATHERINGS OF BALDERAS AND OTHER POLITICAL PARTIES RALLIES ARE LIMITED IN ADDIS ABABA EFFECTIVELY. THE CHURCH LEADER AND HIS FOLLOWERS WERE PRAISING THIS INCIDENT AT AMBO AS A PROOF OF ABIY’S DIVINE APPOINTMENT OF BEING A KING OF ETHIOPIA UNTIL ELECTION, WITH ALL THESE SACRIFICES ARE BEING MADE JUST TO KEEP HIM AS A KING OF ETHIOPIA , DESPITE THE MANY CALLS FROM OTHER POLITICIANS FOR HIM TO RESIGN SINCE THE COUNTRY IS A FAILED STATE UNDER HIS LEADERSHIP.

    Lage

His job should not follow him in his personal life, being a PM is a job same as any other job. First Lady Zinash Ttayacgew got full right to request to her PRIME Minister the commander in charge PM Abiy Ahmed to let her use the skills she acquired by the country investing money. , time and energy so she could use her education when it is needed in situations such as to rescue the abducted students. This don’t mean she is asking him as his wife but as a soldier who got extensive training for the situation

The only reason why his job happened to follow him to his personal social places now is because because the country is in a state of emergency which is being violated by rebels and he let it go on violated for too long even the church is dividing some supporting her and others supporting Abiy . Since Abiy was once a rebel himself he is reluctant to uphold the law of the country , his rebel experience is letting the law of revels get respected by undermining the law of the country including international laws . Abiy will sooner or later end up like AlBashir or Gadafi if he continues his stubbornness.

This is not good. It is a savage terrorist act and must be unequivocally condemned.
