Business Directory Listing Service: Terms & Conditions
Borkena provides a platform for business visibility through our Directory services. Please be advised that the claims, services, and contact information expressed in business listings belong solely to the advertiser and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of Borkena. Borkena assumes no legal liability for the accuracy of external websites or services. By submitting a listing or making a payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
Terms and Conditions
1. Pricing & Listing Tiers
- Standard Listing Fee: $180 USD per business listing for a lifetime.
- Bulk Discount: If a single entity submits more than two (2) separate listings, the rate is reduced to $150 USD per listing.
2. Efficiency & Communication Policy
- Streamlined Process: To maintain operational efficiency, we request that clients only contact us once they are ready to submit their listing details for approval.
- Submission Package: Please provide the full business description (minimum 200 words), business name, and the intended URLs in your first email.
3. Content & Quality Requirements
- Mandatory Review: We do not list businesses associated with scams, illegal activities, or low-quality services.
- Accuracy: The submitter is responsible for ensuring all contact information is accurate.
- Prohibited Content & Niches: To uphold our community standards and editorial integrity, Borkena strictly prohibits content related to Adult/Sexually Explicit material (in all forms), Gambling, Casinos, and Betting. We do not host or promote content that facilitates illegal activities as well. Borkena reserves the unconditional right to reject any submission violating these standards; such submissions remain subject to our 5% administrative fee for refund processing.
4. Linking Policy (Google Compliance)
- Link Allowance: Each listing is permitted a maximum of two (2) outbound links (e.g., official website and one social media profile).
- SEO Attributes: All links will be marked with the rel=”sponsored” attribute and set to “Open in a New Tab/Window” (target=”_blank”).
- No Link Changes: Once the listing is live, the URLs are considered final.
5. Categorization & Disclosure
- Placement: Listings will be published exclusively within the designated “Directory” or “Business Listings” category on the root domain.
6. Duration & Maintenance
- Permanence: Listings are permanent for the operational lifetime of the Borkena platform.
- Site Health: Borkena reserves the right to remove a listing if the destination website becomes inactive or spreads malware.
7. Timeline & Payment
- Turnaround: Approved listings will be live within three (3) business days of payment confirmation.
