Toronto – It has been nearly two months since the Fano movements operating across the Amhara region achieved a milestone with the formation of Amhara Fano National Movement (AFNM).
The decision laid a foundation for the operation of the Fano movement under a single command structure. However, there were still unresolved differences at a local level – as was the case in Shoa.
This week, Meketaw Mamo and Desalenge Sisasebshewa announced that they have resolved their differences.
