Toronto – This week video footage purportedly showing a cruel act of chopping a hand with an ax was circulating in social media.
Fano was linked to it. As it turns out, voices are now revealing that the incident was rather meant to falsely tarnish the image of Fano force who are still drawing extensive grassroot support in the Amhara region.
Abebe Fantaw, public relation head of AFNF in the Wollo area, spoke to Anchor media about it.
