Toronto – Ethiopia’s Minister For Finance this week proposed a 1.9 trillion birr budget to the parliament – just for recurring budget without spending on capital projects and transfers to regional states.
There are anticipation that much of the budget is allocated to defense and security matters. The government is anticipating to generate a high amount of revenue to cover its expenses.
