Toronto – Ethiopia’s Ministry of Health on Sunday reported six confirmed cases of Mpox across the country. One of the patients is reported dead.
There are 5 active cases at this time, according to disclosure from the Ministry.
The first case was confirmed in Moyale area of Ethiopia bordering Kenya.
With health care professionals on strike demanding livable wages, the situation related to Mpox presents a serious concern to the country.
