Toronto – Ethiopian Health Professionals have been on a strike for several weeks now demanding a livable wage.
It has been reported that the government arrested over 78 medical doctors and health professionals in connection with the strike.
Despite intensifying repression, they continue their protest. “If we can not live, we can not practice,” they say.
