Toronto – Ethiopia’s Defense Chief of Staff Field Marshal Berhanu Jula had nearly an hour and half interview with a pro-government cyber media based in the U.S. , “Lualawi Media”
Among other things, he was asked about the security situation in the Horn of Africa following the MoU between Ethiopia and Somaliland.
“We are not besieged and no one has a capacity to besiege us,” he said.
