Toronto – Herui Tedla Bairu , who is currently living in Stockholm,Sweden, is from an Eritrean family with a very significant role in the Eritrean Struggle.
He has published a book entitled “Eritrea and Ethiopia: A front row look at issues of conflict and the potential for a peaceful resolution.”
He appeared on the Elias Awoke Show on Arts T.V. Notably, in 2017, he appeared on SBS Amharic and shared his experience and view on the Eritrean Liberation Front (ELF).
In his interview with Elias Awoke, he shared his memory of Eritrea under Italian rule and his time at Teferi Mekonnen School in Addis Ababa, and the figures who later became political figures like Haile Fida.
