Twelve mass graves are uncovered in the Wolkait region of Ethiopia but researchers see necessity for an even more extensive study of atrocities committed by TPLF in the region

The Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) had killed and tortured about 59,000 Ethiopians between 1983 and 1990 said a research team from Gondar University.
During that time, the TPLF was operating as a conventional armed group fighting the then Ethiopian government which was toppled in 1991.
The team had been carrying out, as reported by DW Amharic, the research for well over a year now.
Wolkait, Tegede, and Telemet are areas where the TPLF carried out the massacre and/or torture of ethnic Amharas who were demanding rather a Gondar identity at the time.
The massacre mostly took place in the locality of “Gehanem” ( it is an Amharic for Hell), where a mass grave was discovered.
However, the team has confirmed, as reported by DW Amharic, that there are 12 other mass graves in other localities of Gehanem.
The area is located between Tegede and Wolkait – and they are separated by the river.
The finding from the research established that the years between 1983-and 1990 were times during which individuals with ethnic Amhara identity were killed, and thrown into the Tekeze River.
Dr. Bamlaku Yideg, leader of the research team which has about 12 members, is cited as saying that the findings from the research revealed that people who used to live in the area used to be detained, tortured, and killed to be thrown into the water ( a reference to Tekezze river).
The report indicates that residents were killed because they rejected imposed ethnic Tigray identity and instated claimed Gondar identity.
Under the ethnic-based Federalism, the TPLF made the rest of Gondar part of the Amhara region.
Dr. Bamlaku is of the view that extensive research is necessary as he seems to think that the magnitude of the massacre could be bigger than that.
The TPLF still has a claim over Wolkait over which it lost absolute control after it triggered a war when it attacked the Northern Command of the Ethiopian Defense Force in November 2020.
The United States, which has been tacitly supporting the TPLF forces, had been demanding the Ethiopian government’s withdrawal from what it called the Tigray region – at times explicitly citing Wolkait.
The TPLF advances its claim over it by demanding “restoration of status quo ante.” Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s government had been denying secret negotiations with the TPLF.

Isn’t it interesting that the minute a report comes out that shows the TPLF as the absolute and irredeemable monster it is, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International usually come up with their own (opposite) version that aims to reverse the report? I just finished reading a report by the Guardian and this is the first paragraph: “Ethiopian paramilitaries have carried out a campaign of ethnic cleansing in Tigray, forcing hundreds of thousands of people from their homes using threats, killings and sexual violence, according to a joint report by Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International.” Coincidence? I don’t think so. I believe both HRW and Amnesty have a bunch of TPLF employees or sympathizers. Any thoughts on this?

In fact TPLF supporters, #hrw, # Amnesty Inter, West medias…described what TPLF/TDP DID & STILL DOING to the innocent unarmed AMHARA’s because TPLF supporters KNOW/pre planes-what exactly happened(took pictures, videos…), several “Ethnical Cleansing of Amhara’s” since TPLF started the WAR Nov, 2020. After TPLF mass killing/genocides thousands Amhara’s lost their lives, >12mm displaced still starving & displacing.TPLF Raping women, Children even men. TPLF/TDP continued their evil killing even NOW with the support of US orgs, UN, EU because TPLF convinced them by ITS created lies/false stories. Atrocities of TPLF started back in the 1970s. There will be more mass graves to be found in different part of Amhara region of Wolkait Tegede and Raya. TPLF plotted to permanently occupy Amhara land was to wipe out all Amharas from Wolkiet and Raya and simultaneously move in Tigreas from Tigray. But thank God it imposable to wipe out Amharas and take their land too. Amahra are big and numerous no one can finish them.
After TPLF the violent covert PP wing OLF or Shene have picked up on Amhara Genocide including in Addis Ababa.

Since the mid-1980s, TPLF attacked and occupied the area and established more than 16 concentration campus that were equivalent to Auwshiwitz, Trebliska, Karaku, Transmanstenent, Birknaw…… of Nazi German. Through these concentration campus, TPLF undergone terrifying ethnic cleansing on Ethnic Amara’s in wolkayt area of GONDAR. During the time of conquering and colonizing the people by TPLF, 750 K Amaras were killed and more than 1 million were displaced by TPLF. After execution of genocide on Wolkayt Amaras’, the fascist TPLF has resettled 1 million ethnic Tigrians, from around draught ridden parts of Tigray. Corollary to this, TPLFs demobilized militias who were wounded and disabled during the time of war with the then military government have also been resettled on this land.
Nevertheless, historically Tigrians never crossed Tekeze River and lived in Wolkayt area land during the last Two centuries, until it was annexed by TPLF through military means and terrorism. Wolkayt is now liberated from Colonialist and terrorist TPLF through enormous bloodshed of Amara people. There is no any place or land named as western Tigray in Amhara Wolkayt area. It is a misinformation and hypocrisy by TPLF to get the land back to it with the support of International agencies. Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, USAID, UN, and EU are continually deceived by the fake information and mischiefs received from TPLF and its members. Bribery by few individuals working in international agencies pumped through TPLF employees who are working in this institutions is also another problem to fake information tht led to wrong decision by the institutions.
Throughout its metamorphosis, TPLF is seen as an absolute and incurable monster by majority of Ethiopians. Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International usually come up with its own (contrasting) version that aims to reverse the situation in Ethiopia’s’ Amhara. It is believed that, both HRW and Amnesty have a bunch of TPLF employees or sympathizers in different key positions. Remarks and inferences by key International Institutions and their media surrogates which generate a mistaken conclusion, that are usually taken from the informants and data obsessed by TPLF employees. An inference from wrong information and data, accessed from networked TPLF sympathizers, is always leading UN agencies to wrong judgments on cases in Ethiopia. This act of conclusion from wrong data and an act of lobby may exacerbate the civil strife in the country. It may also hamper the dignity, honor and reliability of these INTL Institutions.
Any miniature attempt to return back Amhara Wolkayt land to TPLF is an act of abusing human & property rights of the people. It is also abusing humanity and history. Such a wrong decision will demand bigger coast and escalates the conflict and belligerence between Amhara and Tigray People. Wolkayt Amhara people will never return its historical and Biological land back to saboteur TPLF. No way to immersing Amharas’ to slavery by the greed and monster TPLF again. Amharas are now stood together and ready to fight for their land, justice and truth.
Finally, we impulse the HRW and Amnesty, to visit the right place and concerned people, which is the subject of their valid research central to their reliable inferences. This is what social science dealt with. It is hypocrisy and injustice otherwise.
As always especially during this Blessed Month let’s have the country that produced us in our daily prayers. Please join me in my daily prayers that the leaders of all opposing sides will get back their senses to say enough is enough to violence. They are not strangers to each other. They have lived together for centuries. So the foundation is there already. Please join me in my daily prayers that hostility will give ways to brotherly love. If there is the will there is a way for those brothers and sisters to live in peace and harmony as they have done for centuries. Otherwise, if the current conflict is allowed to go on we will see the worst humanitarian crisis in recent history anywhere. We all see the entire 120 plus million people displaced and on the move and traumatized. That will be more than enough to bring the economies and security of the surrounding countries down to irreparable shambles. Now you will have more than 200 million people thrown into the abyss of utter wretchedness. Then EU will have tens of millions battled hardened, humans-turned-monsters standing at its doors. This is not a laughing matter. Let’s hope and pray this senseless conflict will come to an abrupt end and end soon. Insha’Allah!!!!
Where are HRW and Amnesty International to record this? The cherry picking TPLF version that resonated HRW and Amnesty proves for the missing part of reality and truthful stories and newss.

HRW and Amnesty now have moved a little bit to catch up with the truth and accepted that fact that prior to the 28 years of TPLF encroachment on Wolkait Tegede, Wolkait Tegede has always been part of Begemeder, Gonder (part of Amhara land and people).
Amharas will never allow their land to be encroached by TPLF criminal gangs who has been raping, murdering, poisoning and imprisoning in mass Amharas for over 50 years.

Such serious and horrible crimes against humanity that deserve great sympathy and condemnation does not bother them because OPP and its invisible violent hands OLF aka, ” Shene” criminals are also committing similar Genocide against the people of Amhara in this century.
