The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Called upon the guarantors and the Parties In South Sudan’s peace accord to urgently operationalize the new Mechanism agreed upon in the Entebbe Tripartite Summit of 7th November 2019.
In its 69th Extra-Ordinary Session held in Addis Ababa today (November 10) to deliberate on the status of the implementation of the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (R-ARCSS) and the way forward, the Council of Ministers of the IGAD appreciated the Communique of the Tripartite Summit convened in Entebbe (Uganda) that extended the Pre-Transitional Period by one hundred (100) days to enable critical pending pre-transitional tasks to be completed. According to the Council’s communiqué issued today, the extended period would be effective from 12th November 2019.
The Council also noted that critical pending pre-transitional tasks that are crucial for the formation of the Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity (R-TGoNU) particularly relating to Transitional Security Arrangements and the determination of the number and boundaries of states are still outstanding.
Noting some civilian centers still remain occupied by SSPDF and SPLM/A-I.O. forces, the Council expressed its concern and urged SSPDF and SPLM/A-I.O. forces to immediately vacate all remaining civilian centres and populated areas and be cantoned in barracks and cantonment sites respectively pursuant to the provisions of the R-ARCSS.
The representatives of the Troika on South Sudan (USA, UK and Norway), European Union, and Japan were also present at the session.

The fact is in Ethiopia most of the athiest youth who were born during Meles Zenawi’s time had for all their lives been programmed to act violently towards Orthodox Christians by their surroundings environment , these athiest University students in Ethiopia were told Orthodox is the religion of the lazy who don’t work their fair share of work by claiming each day of the month is a holiday. These athiest youth don’t know any better but to be violent against “LAZY ORTHODOX” who were said to be to follow the religion only to get out of their work duties ( current locust infestation fighting duties) by claiming everyday of the month is a holiday, The.athiest youth were brain washed by the EPRDF five years growth and transformation plan cadres that spread gossip saying most Orthodox followers are not doing their fair share of work even with Meles Zenawi’s world class leadership , because the Orthodox followers tend to call days off saying it is a holiday everyday of the month just to get out of work or school duties , that brought the country to continue being the poorest in the world with such a low Human Developmental Index (HDI) rank.
More than half of the country’s University students claim to be athiests according to the Universities record across the country.

How old is IGAD? How old is AU (OAU)? And what is Entebbe Summit?
Dear African Brethren:
LET US BE HONEST TO OURSELVES. LET US NOT DECEIVE OURSELVES.
1. What did IGAD accomplish for the benefit of the African People?
2. What did AU (OAU) accomplish for the benefit of the ordinary Africans in its 56 years of existence? Please, let us be honest and ask ourselves.
3. Who benefited out of the African Organization?
4. Let us, please, be frank and respectful to OURSELVES. Africa did NOT gain an iota of anything for the ordinary millions and millions of Africans.
5. On the other hand, we know that African self-appointed dictatorial leaders [some of them with Ph D Degrees!!!!!] benefits immensely in collaboration with modern day slick Western and Far Eastern colonialists to emaciate AFRICA to its bones. Africa has already lost its culture and language under the influence and control of the Western Hemisphere; now the African Child is being groomed to be hammered by Far Eastern language and Civilization.
6. What do modern Africans of the Highest so-called EDUCATIONAL level do to help Africa? Let us be frank and let our conscious be the judge.
