Suspect behind Virginia young couples murder, of Ethiopian American origin, is now identified

A year ago, bodies of two young Ethiopians were found on the same day in Virginia. It was a tragedy that puzzled at the time.
Nothing was unearthed as to how Henok Yohannes and his girlfriend Kedest Sileshi Simeneh were murdered.
As it turns out, they were apparently murdered by an Ethiopian who escaped to Ethiopia the day he murdered them. Detectives who handle the case seem to believe that the suspect is Yohannes Nessibu who is believed to have left the US same day. He paid US $3000 for a one-way plane ticket to Ethiopia.
Detectives were in touch with the Ethiopian Embassy seeking help from the Ethiopian government to handover the suspect but that does not seem to be happening.
We will update readers on this story as more information becomes available.
