Aljazeera interviewed three individuals in connection with armed clash between Fano and the Ethiopian Defense Force in the Amhara region of Ethiopia.
Kamal Hashim Mahmood a member of Parliament from Jijiga and apparently a member of the ruling prosperity Party, Yohannes Woldermariam from new York whom Al Jazeera host introduced as an academic and researcher for the horn of Africa ( but it is apparent that he seems to be a champion of the radical ethnic Oromo nationalist Party whose combatants have massacred tens of thousands of ethnic Amhara in the Oromo region) and Tewodros Tirfe from North Carolina who is chairman of Amhara Association of America appeared in the show.
