Ethiopia on Wednesday declared a state of emergency in the Tigray region of the country amid military operation to reverse what prime minister Abiy Ahmed’s government called “TPLF attack on the Ethiopian Defense Force in the northern command.”

It was the Council of Minister that passed the decision to impose a six months long state of emergency. It is unclear if Prime Minister Aiy Ahmed anticipates an operation that could last upto six months.

“It is reached to a point where the government is unable to maintain law and order [in Tigray region] with the regular law enforcement practices,” the statement from the council of ministers said in an explanation why the state of emergency is needed.

The Council of Ministers believed that illegal and violent activities in the Tigray region posed a threat to “the constitution and the constitutional order in the country.”

The decision came a day after the Prime Minister announced that the Ethiopian Defense Force is given order to take actions in response unforseen attack on the defense force bases in Tigray and a looting attempt of the army arsenal. It happened around 10 p.m. in the evening in Mekelle and other military bases in the region.

Abiy Ahmed insinuated that the Defense Force sacrificed due to TPLF’s surprise attack but the extent of causality is unspecified. Some suggest that hundreds of Ethiopian soldiers are killed and many more wounded.

The U.S State department said on Wednesday that it is “deeply concerned by reports that the Tigray People’s Liberation Front carried out attacks on Ethiopian National Defense Forces,” and called for de-escalation of tension between the Federal government and Tigray regional government.

What those commie thugs did to the members of the defense forces is nothing but murder of innocent citizens. They also had carried out looting of banks and businesses of those they thought not sympathetic to their banditry. These campus orphans and former red cub of Sebhat Nega and the gang here among us can be seen moving their fat jaws now putting the blame solely on the federal government and the PM in particular. They vow that Chairman Debre and his army will triumph once again and move into Addis/Finfine victorious just like they did in 1991. They did not tell us where Abiy will flee to. May be to Kettering or Lexington? I got it! He will flee to his father’s country; Puerto Rico!!!!!

There are conflicting reports coming from both sides. Somebody, I say somebody, is telling lies to us. Chairman Mao, I’m sorry, Chairman Debre has claimed that his forces have overrun the northern front base and captured all the armaments including heavy artillery, missiles and helicopter gunships. He might have forgotten to mention the squad of MiG fighter jets parked at the base in that region. On the other hand the PM has told the citizens of that country and the world that the attempts to capture the large base by Debre’s forces were successfully repulsed and his forces have turned the tide chasing after the fleeing forces of Debre. Who you believe? Somebody is lying to/thru his teeth. It seems this senseless war is becoming music to ears for the BBC. Niggers killing each other, you know! Those damn, damn niggers going at each other main aorta! Watch now! The boys at BBC, AP, Reuters, WP and company rushing to the war front. They have been for this for a long time especially to watch damn niggers slaughtering each other like savages from the dark ages. There was a move called Chi-Raq, right? Now it is time for Eth-Raq. It will shatter box office records. Spike Lee, let’s go!!!!
