Ethiopian Defense force is still carrying out reform measure to better organize it in a way “loyal to the constitution” and reflecting ethnic diversity in the country, according to senior army generals in the country who spoke to journalists today during a presser.
Lt. General Molla Hailemariam,who is head of special operations, told journalists in a press conference today that the number of Command Posts in the country are downsized to 4. There were 6 Command Posts before the change.
He said that it is better reorganized with a focus on efficiency despite reduction the number of Command Posts.
The army intelligence is also to be coordinated with other intelligence and related services in the country. Watch the video below (in Amharic) for more details.
