VOA Amharic reporter, Tsion Girma, spoke to two Ethiopians who were detained at Tolay military camp after state of emergency is declared in Ethiopia.
They are now released but they could not even speak how they were treated in the camp. They had to speak anonymously and their voices are changed in the interest of their safety and as per their request.
