An Ethiopian women is reportedly stabbed to death in a bus in Dubai. Emirates 24|7 reported that the victim is identified as Seble Mekonnen from Addis Ababa.
According to the report which cited Ethiopian consul general in Dubai, Seble was in Dubai for years and never traveled to Ethiopia since her arrival in Dubai, and now her body is flown to Ethiopia.
It seems that police investigating the matter and at this point it is indicated that Seble was stabbed to death by a woman.
Ethiopian consul general is quoted as saying “We have full trust in the UAE judicial system to ensure that justice is done to the victim and her family.”
A week ago a 20 years old Ethiopian girl was shot to death in Ethiopia’s capital Addis Ababa by member the Ethiopian police.
